Simon Hall, Partner
Previously the Managing Partner of Corporate Value Associates (UK and US), and before that one of the youngest Vice-Presidents of Mercer Managing Consulting. Simon has worked on over 200 exercises with 40 clients in 17 countries, across 23 private, public and charity sectors. He set up New World as a different way to help management teams in 2009 after surveying what a range of past clients really valued.
Simon is an expert in holistic value creation leadership, strategic development and organisational development, and integration of all necessary capabilities – putting it all together. He has led major exercises in the public and private sector with great success, and to date has contributed to over £10bn of value creation across these. He is now an angel investor in two ventures himself.
Simon has an MBA from INSEAD after originally studying Engineering at Oxford and remains close to Oxford University both at College level and as a trustee of the Oxford-based healthcare charity Healthtalkonline. He is a fairly serious guitarist, has been a wargamer for 40 years, is a keen but less capable golfer, and suffers the strain of being a lifelong Burnley Football Club fan and England Cricket fan. He has published a wargaming book series, and two niche board games.
He lives near Epsom with his wife Magdalene and daughters Sascha (6) and Esme (3).
Robin Tucker
Robin spent 10 years with Mercer Management Consulting before becoming a marketing manager at Vodafone. He then went on to be a Director in the public sector with some 700 staff reporting to him. Robin is an expert in strategy, marketing and profitability analysis, as well as all forms of environmental strategy and public sector development.

Peter Mills, Partner
15 years as a HR/Organisation development specialist, Peter has worked directly as a Human Resource Director, and spent 20 years in consulting as a partner of Strategic Planning Associates, Andersens and PWC, evolving into strategy consulting from a people perspective. He has particular strength in organisational development and people issues - which often times get in the way of strategic ideas.

Jackie Kernaghan
Jackie was previously senior figure in UK leisure industry, board director of Forte Hotels, and CEO of Granada PLC leisure business. Industry posts included Chair of Institute of Travel & Tourism, ABTA tour operating council & WTO marketing board. 1998 European Businesswoman of Achievement. Subsequently managing director of leading UK business psychology company, and non exec of several UK & US corporations.
Jackie currently focuses on international consultancy & senior executive coaching, and is a sales and OD expert.
Peter Jones
Peter Jones has over 20 years of experience in corporate strategic development. He is a former partner of CVA who, after joining the company in London was instrumental in developing new offices in Australia, Korea and Japan, as well building a long-term client base in New Zealand and USA turning a European-based business into a global company. His key areas of focus are strategic development, customer profitability management, supply-chain improvement and implementation of growth strategies. In addition to his career as a consultant, Peter has established two successful international businesses: one in cycling and one in re-cycling.

Vincent O'Shea, Partner
Vincent is a specialist Sales and Marketing consultant who started his career at Mars Inc and went on to become the Head of Sales for Pedigree Pet Foods, then AXA PPP Healthcare and Barclays Financial Planning. He then moved on to become a Sales and Marketing consultant and has now worked across 15 industries. He is particularly focused on sales and marketing led transformations.

Peter Cousins, Partner
Peter has 30 years as a senior practitioner, including 5 years as an external transformation consultant. Peter has wide ranging experience at LTSB, including work in the Middle and Far East, culminating in roles leading the transformation of the wholesale business, and becoming Customer Development Director for the entire Wholesale bank. His particular focus is bridging the strategy-implementation divide and creating clarity of vision.

Sumit Biswas
Sumit was a consultant at Bain & Co. before becoming a change manager at Thorn and thereafter Vodafone. Sumit is an expert in change and transformation and has worked across dozens of industries supporting major change programmes. He is a non-executive director of Oxfordshire NHS.
